    Rooms were charming little and well-appointed, well done!

    the hotel was amazing and fairly clean with a nice bar. i enjoyed the room with good lighting, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the pool was nice and the staff was absolutely friendly. the breakfast was very very good, the check in was efficient.

    The hotel is conveniently located close to a church, park, restaurants, two convenient stores, a foot massage place, the river. the staff were lively and welcoming. - the breakfast offered a mix of local and European options. - Overall, everything about the hotel was really good. It will be my top choice for my next stay in Kaohsiung.

    the hotel is in a top location, very close to the night markets. the convenient basement parking spaces are a plus. 3. the Love River and nice restaurants are nearby. 4. the room is brand-new with comfortable bedding, making me feel at ease.

    I was upgrade to the Ambasssdor Suite during my night stay with the Hotel. The room was spacious with a wide sitting area and two toilets. The location of the room was at the end of a corridor. Cleaning service is good and up to a 5-star hotel standard.

    The Hotel's swimming pool is small and next to the main road. Except for several restaurants and a couple of small shops, the Hotel has no other facilities for visitors. The Hotel door is not that sound-proof, loud noisy of passers-by can be heard periodically. The in-room TV is a new HD model but there is limited choice of about 20 channels. Reception of the channels is poor, with intermitten signal failure problem. The ground floor retaurant is small. It's crowded during peak breakfast time.

    The hotel was of a high standard, staff were helpful and enough spoke good English which seems all too rare in Taiwan hotels. Loved Khaosiung and nearby Cijin Island. Good night markets and could have spent more time here and less in Taipei.

    Air conditioning was ineffective and this spoilt it somewhat as it led to disturbed sleep.

    The location is away from subway so it is little inconvenience, but overall the service is good and clean.

    The decoration of the hotel and room is little old and tradition. Overall it is still ok. Most important is clean and polite personnel.

    Very disappointed in the price/quality relationship. We stayed at hotels in the same or lower price range throughout Taiwan with far better amenities and service. Staff was not proficient in English and unhelpful even in Chinese. Worse of all was the busload of teenagers that offloaded late at night and dominated the hotel.
